  1. Collect

    Check freshness, completeness and definitions.

  3. Present

Show the measures in a useful report.

  4. Review

Investigate exceptions and decide what to do.

Where this helps

When every report starts from scratch.

A report is difficult to use when every team has a different spreadsheet or definition. Before adding a dashboard, we work through where the data comes from, what each number means and how it should be checked.

Recurring reporting

Collect the agreed data and prepare a report on a schedule, with visible freshness and missing-data checks.

Connected operational views

Bring information from sales, delivery or finance into one view without repeatedly copying it by hand.

Exceptions and alerts

Surface agreed changes or missing records so someone can investigate while the information is still useful.

From idea to implementation

What a project
can include.

We agree the scope around your process, tools and constraints before building.

  • Source mapping and metric definitions
  • A repeatable collection and preparation process
  • A dashboard or report suited to the decisions
  • Validation checks and update ownership

The purpose is to support a decision with dependable information. Connecting the underlying tools is part of the scope when needed, rather than the end goal.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

Does everything have to update in real time?

No. The update schedule should match the decision. A daily or weekly report may be more useful and simpler to maintain than a live dashboard.

What if our data is incomplete?

We identify the gaps before relying on the results. The scope may begin with better data capture or cleanup, and reports should make unresolved limitations visible.

Will the dashboard prove which activity caused a result?

Not automatically. We distinguish what the data records from what it can explain, and agree the limits of any attribution or comparison.
