The Solution

The client offered a lead magnet in exchange for email addresses, with followers prompted to
enter a keyword in the comments, reply to a reel, or send a DM. This triggered the automation process.

We integrated ManyChat with the client’s marketing automation software, syncing leads and enabling automatic follow-up emails.

A randomizer was implemented to ensure messages weren’t repetitive, adding a human touch and avoiding the feel of automated responses.

Pre-recorded voice notes were used to enhance engagement and further personalize interactions.

Automation was fine-tuned with conditions based on prospect actions, allowing for a more tailored follow-up process.
